OK after a rocky start
First room had a VERY NOISY heater, kept me up a lot of the 1st night. Second night they offered to move me to a new room but the room was not cleaned by maid service, so I turned heater off & slept in the cold. Third night, they moved me to one of their NEW ROOMS was really nice. However -- when you book, ask for a NEW ROOM -- the old rooms leave something to be desired. older room Clean, but....toilet seat broken, had to lift lid of toilet & fix running water, just overall not very well kept up. New room very nice.

Drive through the sandhills straight south of town on Jeffers, it's beautiful scenery unlike most of the freeway drive.

Perfect hotel with everything you need!!
This was the best place for our baseball team to stay while we were in the tournament. There was something for everyone!

Cozy and comfortable hotel
The staff at the Ramada was very friendly. The rooms was very clean and the King bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and meet all our needs.The hot tub was open 24hrs which was nice. I would stay there again.

Horible Hotel
The bed lines were dirty, staff was rude and had an attitude. There were homeless people in the lobby. I checked into my room and left 2 hours later, I did not return even though I was booked for 3 days. I did not feel safe and was afaid my car would be stolen or vandalized!!

Poor Ambiance
When I wanted to check in, there was no one to be found. Finally a hotel clerk appeared ten minutes later and asked me if I had had my dinner yet. I said no and he said he recommended this Japanese restaurant and gave me very complicated directions to get there. I had no intention of going to this restaurant. The carpet in my room was not glued down everywhere and I kept tripping over wrinkles. It didn't help that the room was poorly lit, it felt like the inside of a cave. My room overlooked a trash and dump area, it was overflowing and trash was blowing all over the parking lot. There also was an old abandoned car area outside my window. The pool was outdoors with no chairs to sit in or anything around the small pool. The whirlpool was in a small room with some outdated exercise equipment. The breakfast area was small with not much selection. One had to come to the front desk to get the USA Today newspaper which did not arrive until 7:10 am. There was no elevator so I had to drag two heavy suitcases up and down the stairs myself. A depressing experience - I will never stay at a Ramada again.
