Clean, Easy, Straightforward
Easy check-in, because I had reserved the room online the night before. Staff was very friendly. The room was spotless, and was exactly as requested. Great place for an overnight stay in the middle of Nowhere, Nebraska.

great grandma
picking up great grandkids
rooms were fine. didn't do any site seeing. just there to pick up grandkids. had fun in the pool while there and ate at applebees. good location don't have to drive far to find a decent place to eat. should have mentioned the ages of the kids staying and would try to get a downstairs room for them. they can be noisy. hope no one was disturbed by their running in the room 2 & 3 year olds.

Comfortable Stop in North Platte
This was a nice place for our stop in North Platte. Offered a very good breakfast (bacon, cheese omelette, biscuits/gravy)and warm chocolate chip cookies after swimming in evening. Rooms were clean and nice.

Great hotel. Would stay again.
Overall, a great hotel with friendly staff and nice amenities. Rooms were cleaned well each day, and the location is very convenient. The only minor critiques are that the continental breakfast varied little each morning (e.g. always sausage patties..no bacon). Also, the "fitness center" is merely a small room with a few cardio machines. The two treadmills inside weren't working, and the elliptical machine was small and rickety. They need to maintain their exercise machines better and upgrade them, too. It would be best if they actually obtained some resistance machines and/or free weights. In addition, the doors to the hallway are somewhat thin. It's difficult to sleep-in when you can hear every small sound coming from the hallway and/or the slamming of doors from nearby rooms. Finally, the business center is only a small room with one PC in it. Though they ask guests to limit their computer time to 30 min., it would be nice if they provided at least two computers for people to use. Despite my criticisms, this hotel had a great pool and hot tub, and I loved the manager's complimentary happy hour, as well as the milk and cookies at 8pm. A very good value if you can avail yourself to their amenities.

Worked Well
The hotel was clean and comfortable. This hotel is close to the interstate and the staff was very helpful in accomodating our request to be situated away from the highway.
