Nice people, clean and comfortable; Have stayed their before. Good Value

Walked in our room and found maintenance tools on the floor and window sill. Called front desk and they never did come pick tools up - to busy flirting with the men in the lobby. Huge cobwebs in the corners. Had a long day and didn't need to put up with the above. Won't be stopping here again.

Was a late check in 22:00 hrs. Staff were gracious and competent. At the room could not use spa tub because of dead bugs inside and along the bass-board and wall. They sent a maid for clean up but on waking at 05:00 hrs there where more carcass in the room! NOT EXACTALY WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM A 200 DOLLAR A NIGHT MOTEL!! Do not recommend unless you like insects. Had better room in tropics fewer insects. In an attempt to smooth the problem they took twenty dollars off the bill.

For the $200.00/night rate on the king suite, we overpayed. The room was lacking in the little extras like shower gel, lotion, etc. We had plastic glasses and no creamer or cups for the coffee. The lobby printer was not working and neither was the "free in room wi-fy" we had to sit in the hall to access it. It was clean and the bed was very comfy, but it just lacked in the little things that you look for when spending 200$/night in Nebraska.

We checked in late on a Monday night and were upgraded to a King bed room with a jacuzzi, which was great for my tired back. The continental breakfast was good, the room was great, and the staff was friendly.

The staff was very helpfull and nice. The hotel was better then what I thought it would be. My children loves the pool and the games.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The location is great with many dining options close by. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definetely recommend this hotel to others.

AmericInn Lincoln South is a beautiful, modern, new, luxurious hotel. The building exterior and interior are inviting and functional. The staff is courtious and helpful. Our room, with a king bed, frig and microwave, was clean and quiet and comfortable. The room was tastefully decorated, and the bedding was of a MUCH higher quality than most hotels. I didn't even have to use my own pillow. We had been worried about the noise level when we checked in, because at least 50 high school age students were in the pool, lobby, hallways, etc. We expressed our concern to the desk clerk, and she assured us that the rooms are sound proof, and that we wouldn't hear the excited people at the hotel who were in Lincoln for the State Boys Basketball tournament. She was RIGHT! The breakfast also went way beyond the usual continential fare. We certainly will be repeat customers at this facility.
