ATTRACTIVE HOTEL, VERY POOR SERVICE
The hotel was under construction when we were there[...], and we awoke the next morning to pounding above our heads. We also had not gotten the kind of room described to us [...] and the manager charged us Moore to upgrade. When we moved to the up graded room, the air conditioner didn't work, so we asked for yet another room. My wife and I are handicapped, they put us in a second floor room and they have no elevator so we had to lug our considerable bags up two flights of stairs by ourselves. The manager had said they would help, but the whole staff disapeared all of a sudden. when we did get in the room and started to put our cloths in the drawers, we found a very fowell substance soaked towel in the top drawer. We found many such items throughout the days we stayed of very poor housekeeping. We needed to stay a couple more days longer than expected, we chose however to find our own hotel elsewhere.

Great Travel Stop!
Front desk staff was very knowledgeable about area and friendly. Room was quiet, we had a great night's sleep. It's location, just off the I-80 freeway and close to many different restaurants and gas stations, was perfect for us because we were traveling. We would stay here again.

You must use the road right after the Dairy Queen to enter the hotel's parking lot. There is no street access.

Great place to stay.
We visited family. Nothing missing that I could find. We were so comfortable. No noisy neighbors. Didn't hear water from shower or toilet from adjoining rooms. We will look for AmericaInn from now on in our travels.

Maybe advertise better where to drive (turn) "to" the Hotel. We passed it before we relized we had to turn into either road next to Dairy Queen, or go around to Service road behind Hotel.

Good location
Price too high for area. Motel in good location but there are less expensive motels in area. We were in Lincoln to see the football game.

Quiet night in Lincoln
Check in was fast and easy and the staff was very friendly. We checked in, went to the football game, came back and slept. There weren't any hand towels or face cloths in the room, but otherwise it was ok. Very quiet and convenient to the interstate.

The Dairy Queen is next door, Cracker Barrel across the street and dozens of others within a short drive. IHOP, Applebees, McDonalds, Culvers and all the rest of the usual fast food places on this street.

The hotel was very nice and clean, but instead of putting so much focus on making the rooms sound proof they should have invested more money in better, more comfortable beds. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. They also need to teach their cleaning ladies to knock before entering a room, they walked right in on us and we were barely dressed, very emberrasing and it wasn't even check out time.
