I spent 11 nights in hotels on this trip and this was the worst hotl I stayed in .stay in handicapped room I have a brace on left ankle. When I left hot water runing in the sink for about 2 minutes I came back and almot fell because of the amount
of water on the floor. watre leaked of the facet the longer you left it on.When I cmplained I was acused of breking th facet that noone had complained before. My husband worked in constuction fields for many years and has replaced facets many times
he said it was case of delayed maintance. It was unsafe to run facet in handicapped room. the woman I told about problem was rude and spoke broken English,

I booked two non smoking rooms-one with 3 beds that was advertised as having a separate space for one of the beds, and one regular room with two beds. There had been hail damage when we arrived, so we were given one regular non smoking room, and
one regular smoking room, but were charged as much for the smoking room with a roll away as for the reserved 3 bed, non smoking room. The 3 bed room, which we saw but had glass damage from the hail, had the 3 beds within feet of each other, quite unlike what was implied on the website. We did have an extra person in the one room (4 rather than 3) and this was the reason given for the price going from $67 to $95 per night for that room. I understand they could not help the hail damage, but renting rooms with boards over the windows seems somewhat unsafe, and charging that much more for one person when getting neither the number of beds nor the the smoking preference reserved seems ridiculous. If it hadn't been late at night I would have looked elsewhere, and certainly will do so on the next visit.
They stripped the beds sometime in the morning, and didn't come back until mid afternoon to make them.
My mother is elderly with asthma and diabetes. There was no elevator that we could find, and the rooms were on the second floor. I put my parents in the non-smoking room, since the other would have made my mom sick. The breakfast consisted of a couple of cereals and sweet rolls, with no protein. Overall, I will certainly try to find somewhere else to stay in the future. This Super 8 has exceedingly poor service, in my opinion.
