Well we were in town cleaning out a apartment and it got to late to head home so we decided to stay the night. We usually stay at the ramada cause we always get treated well. We also like the bar they have but didn't make it there this time
Evidently short staffed Waited for room No response when toilet did not work properly. Pillows that were not useable (little square rocks) Buffet breakfast was average but no staff to clear tables. Dirty tables and dirty dishes not cleaned or
cleared. Front desk staff not trained properly. Did not get asked once how our stay was.
The Ramada was a decent stay for the weekend. Many children running through the halls and around the pool on Saturday night. Staff associates were courteous, good breakfast, and I was certainly glad to have wireless internet while traveling.
The hotel itself is ok for the price, breakfast is good. I've stayed at this motel several times and have noticed on the weekends that there are always several birthday parties by the pool that do not seem to be cleaned up after very promptly...
like the hotel, do not appreciate the leftover birthday party messes
The layout of the motel was wonderful. The rooms were great the breakfast was outstanding. Biggest draw back was low light and sometimes no light in common area around pool. Bar next to pool left alcohol sitting out in pool area after it closed.
We always walked passed tables with full alcohol cups or bottles on our way to breakfast. I think the bar is nice just should be cleaned up nightly before staff goes home.
