Budget hotel near Pawnee Park offers free breakfast and Internet

Very disappointed
The hallways smelled like smoke. The room was dirty and stained everywhere from the mattresses to the carpet to the shower. Our socks were dirty after walking in stocking feet on the carpet. My 6 year old commented on how dirty it was. The parking lot wasn't well lit. The clerk behind the desk was very nice as well as helpful.

So So Stay
The room could have been touched up more on cleaning. There was an item left behind from last person that bstayed in there. The beds were very small and unconfortable. The staff was great and very friendly.

Pleasant visit
The Super 8 Motel in Columbus, NE was very accomodating to our needs for a handicapped room even though they were filled they were also very generous in allowing us late check in that day. The staff were all very helpful and friendly making for a very pleasant stay. When we arrived in our room, the drapes had been drawn to keep the hot sun out and the air had been turned on to cool the room. We found that to be very nice. Our overall impression is that we will likely stay there again when our next family reunion is held in Columbus next year (2008).
