New Workd Inn Experience

Hotel was clean, front staff were friendly. We were attending a wedding reception there. One of the bartenders (older one)was the most rude, unfriendly female that I have ever seen. The other young one had no experience & no idea on basic drinks. All 200+ guest made same comments. Location was good, but would highly recommend them replacing their bartenders. Best so far in Columbus

We have stayed at a hotel in Columbus on the 4th of July weekend for the past 7 years. I have been very disappointed with the cleaniless and security of every hotel. The staff was great and accommodating, the beds were comfy-rooms were outdated which made it seem dingy-but that is to be expected in Columbus. I was disappointed that the doors didn't lock. The reason I switched hotels (for the 5th time) was that the other hotel ducked tape the door open so that the homeless people could eat the free breakfast in the morning...well we got back to the hotel around midnight and we didn't need to use our key to get into the hotel-maybe it was broken...anyway if you have to stay in Columbus-this is the best one so far.
