great stay!
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Easy to find location. Room was very clean, beds were comfy. The breakfast was ok, too. The coffee wasn't very good, but there was a country kitchen next door so we got coffee there. I used the exercise facility which was great, 2 treadmills, a stationary bike and a weight machine. Very clean and well kept. I recommend this hotel.

Spacious, but a little smelly
The room had recently been redecorated, and included a refrigerator and microwave, which was nice to have. My room smelled a bit like dirty feet, however, as did one of the beds.

Chadron Best Western
We visited Chadron State College. I travel every week on business. This hotel is in a great location. It is in desperate need of an up grade and remodel. Bathroom area was very small, bedding was worn and smelled musty. Mattress sagged and the room was not very clean.

Customer Dedication Shines
We were in Chadron to get information about the college for my daughter. The first room they put us in my daughter had a bad allergic reaction to. I asked to be moved and the staff didn't hesitate. They smiled apologized repeatedly and offered several times to help us move our belongings. Must say some of the friendliest people I have dealt with. Courteous staff seemed genuinely concerned and sincere about the quality of our stay.

The Country Kitchen restaurant across the parking lot offers quality food and very hearty servings for a good price.

Great Service
The West Hills Best Western of Chadron was a very pleasent experience. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space. Property staff was extremely helpful and friendly. A good clean facility. We'll be back again when we travel to Chadron!

very friendly check in
The Best Western in Chadron, Nebraska was a clean and comfortable place to stay. We wish it would have had a small refrigerator in the room, because I had some medication that needed to be refrigerated, so we just put it in ice. The check-in process was very friendly and each time the front desk people were very helpful. It was in a good location with a good restaurant next door.
