good location and a very good value for the price amenities in the hotel were good and its effect dining options in the area

Good enough for a shopping trip, breakfast could use an upgrade but restaurant next door if need be.

Was a quiet weekend to get away, hotel a bit off the main drag but close enough to shop and dine.

We had a really good experience and will definitely be back. You will not find a better place to stay for the money. They have an indoor pool, a limited continental breakfast, and low cost. The room was clean and smell free and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. We did bring our pillows from home to sleep on but there's didn't even seem to be flat. I would recommend this place to stay to anyone looking for a low cost good place to stay.

For the price, the hotel was pretty nice. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It's nicer than other hotels that I've paid more for.

Our reservations said that we would be in a handicapped accessible room; however, we noticed that the room number was crossed off and changed. We were on the second floor. We noticed the odor in the hall as was mentioned in an earlier review. Our room was presented as a non-smoking room; however, the bathroom had an overwhelming smoking smell in it. We thought that it would disappear with time and the fan; however, it did not. Two light bulbs above the sink were burned out and the mirror over the desk was not clean at all. All those little things added up to a disappointing experience.

I have stayed at Travelodge, settle inn and holiday express in the last year. The days inn in Fargo was very poorly kept. The drapes were tatty and lamp shades were craked and the general appeance is grubby. I had to ask for towels. I saw that a family runs it on a tight budget and thie kids have to help out with laundry. The breakfast lacked the usual penut butter, cream cheese and the eggs and he cerial was stale. \also there is no milk for coffee during the day just sachets of non dairy whitner, which they are also not to generous with. All laundry and utilaty doors are left open. \Its like stepping into someones untidy house. Never going back that is for sure.

Unbelievably bad experience that started with a call to the front desk clerk to get directions to the hotel. He had no idea how to give us even the most basic directions - actually told us to stop somewhere else and ask for directions. We finally found the hotel at 12:30AM, checked in and tried to sleep. This was impossible due to repeated slamming of doors, screaming and crying from intoxicated guests on our floor. When called, the night clerk tried to quiet them by taking them to the lobby and things were quiet for 20 minutes and then back to the uncontrolled drunken behavior as they returned to the floor. We finally left at 4:50AM with no sleep and the drunk guests easily heard from the parking lot. We were never offered a different room. I complained to the night clerk and told him that we were leaving and we expected a full refund. He asked us to leave our phone numbers for the manager to call us that day. The manager never called. I tried to get a refund via [...], but the manager would not authorize it. I called the manager who said that he would not authorize a refund, invoking [...]as a third-party excuse. When told that all he would have to do is authorize the refund and [...]would follow suit, he refused. SO MUCH FOR SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Any hotel can have boisterous guests. This hotel dealt with them ineffectively and then could not do the right thing for their good guests. DON"T STAY HERE.

Hotel had an odor in the hallways. Rooms were fairly clean. Breakfast was nice. Someone tried getting into our room at 11:30 pm when we were sleeping, which made us uneasy about staying there.
