Bad Experience
The bathroom was dirty and dusty and we probably would have gotten a better nights sleep on the floor. Tossed and turned all night on the bed....woke up with a stiff neck because of the lumpy pillows. $145 for this room was WAY to much.

The cot was very lumpy. The room was not well supplied with towels when we sent them to be laundered, none were replaced. Had to ask for toilet paper even when the room had been cleaned and roll dispenser was empty.

For the reasonable rate this was not a bad experience. The "waterpark" is small but the pool was warm and my son enjoyed the waterslide. It is nice that the pool area is open until 11PM and opens at 6AM. The hotel is somewhat outdated and I have stayed in cleaner rooms. The staff were friendly and our stay was enjoyable.

Stay at home dad
Great for kids
We went to Bismarck just to get out of our little town for a weekend. This hotel served us very well. The room was perfectly adequate although not very modern. The real treat was the pool area. It has two areas; One for very small children and one for older children with a huge waterslide. It really is the reason to go to this hotel. The restaraunt was nice in the morning. Seemed like a good place to eat. They do not offer any kind of complimentary food for guests, but a buffet that looked good, but didn't start until 9AM. We have two small children who could not wait that long. All in all a good experience.

Very small water park
I've never seen such a small indoor water park. If you have more than 3 kids then thay wont all fit in the pool. Hotel staff wasn't to friendly but it was a clean room. Quiet stay but would check around next time.

Very Family Friendly
The Best Western Seven Seas is a wonderful family hotel. The pools there kept our children very entertained.
