Was what you would expect for the price.
Nice, modern, new hotel. Biggest bummer is they cleaned the pool at 6 p.m. on Friday night, when many people wanted to use it. I guess it is good that it got cleaned! Small pool though. Also, no locks on the bathroom in the room, so our children kept coming in while it was being used.

Fantastic beds
Liked the layout of the room. The room had a minimalist style. The bathroom was 2 separate rooms. One had the shower and the other room was the toilet. Liked that aspect except for there is no locks on those doors. Felt awkward with no locks even when I was staying there with family. Bed was so comfortable. Great layout of the room. Living area along with a sleeping area. Walk in closet. Have never seen that in any room I have stayed in. Fast internet service. Basic breakfast food. Only negative I have is the fire alarms went off at 4 am. No fire thank goodness but was not told what the problem was. Would have been nice if they could have told us what set off the alarms. Made for a light sleep the next night.

Great weekend getaway!
Very nice hotel....great rooms & service. The breakfast is wonderful! The only complaint I have is the lighting/mirror in the bathroom is very cool, but somewhat difficult to get used to.

Awesome hotel!
My wife and I went to Grand Forks to go shopping. The hotel was in an excellent location. Close to Columbia Mall. We were extremely happy with the cleanliness of the whole hotel, especially our room. We just loved the unique layout of the room. It is not your typical hotel room. We enjoyed swimming in the warm pool and sitting in the hot tub.The staff is extremely friendly and checked us into our rooms early. We will definately be staying at this hotel again!

Nice Hotel
Really nice hotel - decor was very "refreshing". Room was nice size and quite clean. Staff was extremely friendly - would definitely go back! Complimentary breakfast was great - lots of variety and food was fresh. Clean eating area as well. Pool and fitness centre looked really nice - too much shopping for us to have time to enjoy it! Good location for shopping!

Great campus location
After moving our daughter out of her UND summer dorm, it was a great place to relax for the evening before driving back to the Twin Cities. Easy to find, close to campus, great breakfast buffet, quiet and comfortable.

SpringHill by Marriot: Loved it!
It was a good experience. NICE room set-up, love the separation with the desk and LOVED that there was a minifridge and a microwave. The staff was very helpful as well.

Comfortable for weekend away
We were visiting college age children and used the hotel as home base. Fitness center is ok but the temp in the room was set way to high. Second time staying here and probably won't be the last.
