Great Staff
The lobby and the room were clean. Linens and towels worn out and tired. The floor of the bathtub felt and looked like the place was thrown together as fast as possible. The staff was great and very helpful. There are better places to stay in Grand Forks.

Business Trip to Grand Forks Area
Water was very hard and left a dry skin feeling after shower. 3rd floor was very quiet and no problems with noise. Room had a funny smell like old aftershave. Pretty clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice selection of eating places nearby. Staff was friendly and very helpful. They called up to my room to let me know that I had left my lights on after parking. I would have liked to see an adults only hour of pool usage from 10 pm to 11 pm . Room prices were reasonable.

Hotel Hopper
Just okay.
The room was average, but clean. It smelled like the pool and was very noisy. The staff was nice, but their shirts had holes in them and dirt spots. The complimentary breakfast was bare bones. I have stayed at nicer places for the same amount of money.

Christmas Shopping down south
The staff at the GrandForks location was excellent, free movies and even called to see if we needed anything A+, The price was right and tell you the truth we shopped more than we saw the hotel, what more could you want bed, roof over your head and warm water!!! Clean rooms and Quiet at night, great heating system in the room we had.

Great family place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it was just the right place for us, especially because our dogs were welcome. Good location for shopping which was the main reason for our trip.

Good location but getting old
The hotel is in a great location but is getting old. The rooms smelled musty, the beeding and room ammenities were outdated. Good if you do not spend time in the room. It does have a nice pool area.
