The room was clean and nicely updated. Needs some caulk in the tub (around the soap dish, where tile meets tub here and there) otherwise very nice. The breakfast included was great - lots of choices esp. for gluten free. A bit pricey for 1 night $149.97 incl tax. Beds were comfortable.

Nice for price
The holiday inn express grand forks was very satisfactory except the walls were pretty thin. Just take a sleep machine with and you'll be set.

WILL stay again! :)
I have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels. I love staying in them as you know what to expect. They are all nice, quiet, comfortable hotels. You can not beat the free breakfast! :)

had a great stay
Had a very nice, comfortable stay. Location very good. Impressed with breakfast, HOT water in shower (YAY!!!), big t.v. and good air conditioning (which was noisy but worth it), late check-in about 11 pm was no problem too.
