Great Staff

We arrived at the hotel at 10pm with a vomiting child and a mess in the car seat. The front desk brought us extra towels and bedding and thoughtfully complimentary crackers and juice. They helped me get the car seat cleaned supplying tools to take it apart and a sink area in back to spray it off and towels to dry it off...at midnight! A few days later they opened a conference room for us to enjoy a pizza party with extended family. The room was neat, the beds and bedding very comfortable. We were directly across from the pool on the main floor, but never heard any noise from any other guests our entire stay. Some room wear noted in the bathroom, but didn't affect our stay: granite counter seams separating, tub faucet a little loose with sticky shower activation knob, poor grouting job. Breakfast was NOT included in the price of the room. Quality of food was average for the cold breakfast bar and somewhat above average for the hot breakfast order. Convenient location for UND, I-29 access, water park, and an easy drive to Altru Hospital. I would definitely stay there again.

Hilton????

We stayed here for a shopping wekend. Thinking that we would pamper ourselves at the Hilton. NOT! Althought the room was adverage and clean the breakfast was prepared by 2 young boys that were never taught how to cook. The meal was not included and not eatable. Very disappointed with Hilton. Try the Mariott down the street. Cheaper, and more beautiful suites, with a good free breakfast.

Short & Sweet

My Husband and I stayed at this Grand Forks hotel for one evening while visiting friends. The check in was efficient, and the room was nice & clean. The bed was firm (and a little lumpy). We did not eat breakfast, and would recommend the hotel for a short stay or for any guest that does not mind a firm bed.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

The Red Pepper servers the most delicious grinder sandwiches (a local favorite). There are two locations, one is a quick drive from the hotel. Affordable & delicious for lunch or dinner.

Mixed Bag

It was a one night stop while travelling across the country ... this was the second time we stopped at this hotel. The beds are wonderful and the work desk with internet connection is great. Unfortunately this time we faced the parking lot ... which means hearing the train whistles all night.

Great place to stay

Hotel is beautiful. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order. They even had fresh warm from the oven chocolate chip cookies at the desk in the afternoon. Would stay again in a minute.
