Cmon Grand Forks

Overall I thought the hotel was decent. The location of the hotel was very good. You are close to many different stores, and if you are there to go to the Ralph Englested Arena you are not to far away, and it is still easy to get there. We got a jacuzzi suite and I thought the room was just OK. I really didn't like the layout of the room, but I don't know what I would have done differently if I had designed it myself. The bathroom was small, very small. The shower pan looked dirty, it was probably just through a lot of use from all the other guests, but it didn't look inviting to take a shower there. The wallpaper was starting to come off in two different places in the room. That really isn't a problem, it just doesn't look nice. The sink area was nice had two sinks and across from it was the jacuzzi tub. They should have a step to get into the jacuzzi tub as it was a rathe high step to get in and out of it. I can't say I saw to much with the place that wasn't clean, but I just had this feeling that not many things were clean. The only real problem I had at this hotel was their wi-fi. It would not connect in my room. The staff was very nice. I would stay here again, but I wouldn't rush back.

Was great fun atmosphere. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Everything was great except we seem to have gotten a couple of dirty towels...one even had fresh lipstick on it. Housekeeping was down the hall so I took it to her and she apologized and gave me a clean one. Once I returned I checked the rest of the towels and another folded one was dirty also...just threw it on the ground so kids wouldn't use it. First time that has ever happened to me at a hotel.

Enjoyed the 2-night stay. We enjoyed the hot-tubs. Very close to the mall and to other stores and to a good variety of restaurants. I would reserve this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The common room was grand and nice looking. We were looking for disabled areas to disembark on the recommended side of the hotel but there wasn't any so that made it difficult for the person in our party. Other than that the beds were stylishly made up but I was shocked to see black mould all along the bottom of the shower curtain and not enough face clothes. We could've asked for more but were in a hurry so didn't. We called the front desk to ask for instructions for the brand new satellite TV which was awesome and a friendly young man came down and gave us a quick course on how to use the remote. The appetizers at 5:00 were great and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The place was very clean and everything was as advertised. The location is close to shopping and very handy. We didn't try the breakfast.

Nice place, nice pool area. VERY nice rooms. I would go back again. Huge TV, and fridge in the room.

Orbitz stated the check-in time was 3:00- hotel check-in time was actually 3:30. The temperature gauge in the room was broken and wouldn't adjust and there was mold on the shower curtain. Other than that the room was extremely clean, the bed very comfortable, and the continental breakfast great. There was a happy hour that offered great food such as sliders, fries, and tortilla soup. The hotel is also very close to shopping.

The room was very nice. The free breakfast was not that great, but, it was free.
