Vista Inn & Suites Fargo

It is what you would probably expect for the price. Nothing terrible but nothing more than average either. I don't want to be a hotel snob, but I would not likely stay here again unless no other choice.

Poor customer service, shabby room. They advertised a complimentary hot breakfast. When we arrived, what we learned is that it was a "once through buffet with scrambled eggs, toast and 2 sausages". We waited over 10 minutes for hot food, then while we were toasting our bread, there was a power failure to the buffet line, so we weren't able to finish toasting it.

It wasn't what I had hoped for. After booking it, I read reviews of past experiences so what I got I expected. Beds WERE NOT queen, we got lost trying to find our room, with no help from the front desk clerk. 5 people were arrested on one of the nights we stayed there and I developed back spasms after sleeping on the bed and had to be put in muscle relaxers. Not my best experience.

I've definetly been in worse hotels. This one was by all means not the most spectacular, but it worked. The only complaint is that there was an HBO guide in the room, but we couldn't find the HBO channel on the tv. It was kind of a bummer, but we lived.

I got a late check in and the front desk fellow was very nice and effecient. The room sucked, the corners of the rest room were round from the dirt. Towels were paper thin courtyard outside our door had garbage all over, the couch in our room was deplorable !!!!!! I forgot to hang the maid sign out so did not get any maid service or clean towels. I asked them for a late check out and they gave me one hour and grilled me on why ?? huh, I have never had that happen. Overall never stay here again.

My reservation was correct; the room was held for late arrival on a very busy night when many other hotels in town were filled. The room was basic, clean and comfortable. I read other reviews and was aware of some other reviewers that had cited previous problems, but I didn't experience any of them. The room was a very good value for the price.

Yes, it's cheap, but at least you expect the beds to be comfortable and the hallways to have decent carpeting. Neither was true. Showers were hot, and the full breakfast was the best part of the amenities. But the reason I stay in a hotel is to get a good night of rest, which I just couldn't get there.

Not bad. Upper hallway stank. They tried to cover it up with gallons of perfume. There was no outlet in the bathroom. On the good side, the Homer chair was very comfortable. The pool was nice after a hot day. The Complementary breakfast was not worth the walk down to the resturant.

It was a great trip did some shopping and site seeing

I only spend the night there, met up with family the next day. Liked the fact that it was close to Moorhead. The bathroom ceiling could use some work. It was easy to check in and to check out. Friendly staff.
