Beds were horrible, everything else OK!!!!

We ended up staying here one night since we were out in Fargo for some shopping. Room was quite small but just fine for our stay. Only thing wrong was the Bed was horrible, hard, uncomfortable. I wasnt able to sleep. So if hotel updates beds will definetly stay again.

All good - but the toilet seat

The rooms, though small, were adequate, clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were super-comfortable. Although economy was the operative word, the necessities were there. Only one concern - there was no lid on the toilet seat, making it likely that something would surely be dropped in.

Nice clean place, very reasonable price

It's a 2 star place and nothing more.

The hotel looks updated from the outside and in the lobby and breakfast room. The hallways and room are dated. There seems to be some attempt to update the room with paint and bathroom fixtures (bow shower curtain rod, for example)but it's not much. The room smelled a bit musty and the air conditioner was so LOUD, even on low setting, that we didn't use it. The breakfast was your standard continental with too sweet doughnuts, bagels, waffle maker, cereal, and lousy cheap bread for toasting (2 bites and that was all I could eat).

If you just wanted to go to the mall, this is a relatively easy walk, otherwise a 1 minute drive. Very good location to the main suburban shopping district in Fargo.

Very good location for the price

Just stayed overnight traveling through. The rooms were roomy and clean with the beds comfortable.

Motel was just North of the West acres shopping mall about a 2-3 minute drive, so a very good location. Plus close drive many eating places.

Great location! Great Price!

We have booked an economy full bed for $49+tax. The room is clean although the bathroom is a little small. Apart from that, staff are friendly, free access for Wi-fi, limited range of complimentary breakfast but it is acceptable. If you prefer to stay in a bigger room, you can always pay extra $10 for a bigger bed.

See thru sheets!

Cleanliness seemed ok but bed did not have a mattress pad and the sheets were completely worn out. You could see right thru them. Single rooms are very small. Our door would not lock from the outside so we were moved. Wouldn't stay here again.
