2 story hotel with 59 guestrooms. Property features Free Expanded Continental Breakfast with waffle bar, Free High Speed Wireless Internet, Indoor Pool, Sauna and Whirlpool. Other property features include computer kiosk in lobby with high speed internet, game room, guest laundry and fax and copy service. Hotel is located across from the regions largest mall - West Acres Mall, with other shopping and restaurants within a 5 block radius. Kelly Inn is convenient to Hector International Airport and North Dakota State University as well as area attractions like the Fargodome, Bonanzaville and the Red River Zoo. There are many other entertainment options and attractions close by. Standard rooms feature 1 King or 2 Queen Beds. All rooms feature clock/radios, coffee makers, free local telephone calls, hair dryers, high speed wireless internet, full size irons and ironing boards, pay-per-view movies and HBO. Good Value in the Fargo Area

We went to visit the Fargo area to get a feel for neighborhoods for a potential move & visit our NSDU student. The hotel was ... convient to all locations. The staff was pleasant, room was clean & the price was right for an overnight stay.

Great Room and Great Location

For shopping the location was great, the room was in good clean shape. We have a pet and they are pet friendly. The room we ... had also had a door going straight outside and it was nice when having to take our pet out for a break, it also had the regular door on the other side of the room to get to the lobby or pool or breakfast. Overall our stay at the Kelly Inn was wonderful.

The room was clean except for the bathroom floor. Two of the lamp shades looked like they had water damage. The continental ... breakfast was unimpressive and akward due to lack of space in the lobby.

The Kelly Inn was in a wonderful location with many things to do and places to eat near by. Unfortunatley there had been a ... fire and there was damage to the pool area and it was shut down.

Giving staff some authority

We had friends stay at the hotel on the same night and the air conditioning in their room was out of order. They were unable ... to get another room without paying for an upgrade - and when they decided to pay for the upgrade were told the room was already sold to another party. The front desk clerk was unable to make a decision to upgrade the room without speaking with the manager, who was unavailable and out of the hotel.
