The experience was OK. The hotel was clean, but the pillows were not comfortable for me. The staff was not the most ... attentive outside of the norm. I feel today we need to be more outgoing. More recognition and attention to customer, especially priority customers. I noticed one girl at front desk coughing like crazy while I had my breakfast and just didn't feel warm.

The late check-in staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She gave great recommendations for late night dining and ... directions. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The only negative to staying here was the noise level - The hallway was very noisy with guests until about 1:30 AM. In the morning, I could hear the entire conversation of the person next door through the very thin walls.
