Business Stay

My stay was excellent. The staff were great. With the demand on hotels in this area, they were able to provide me with a room.

Decent but overpriced

At this time, due to the oil boom in the area, EVERYTHING is overpriced and there is not sufficient room to accommodate everyone whether permanent or temporary.

Enjoyed our stay - after a bit

When we entered our room, we found it was not vacuumed, not cleaned, the toilet was dirty, sink was dirty. We told the manager and they were very, very apologetic, offered us a different room with the same amenities (hot tub suite) for $10 less. The room we moved into was very clean. It needed a new lightbulb which they changed right away. Other than that, the stay was great. Nice room, nice staff, good breakfast choices.

Stay Was Average

Good location. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Room seemed clean but when sofabed was unfolded it revealed sheets that had not been changed and popcorn all over the bed. First towel I picked up in the bathroom had dirt on it. There was a napkin and an empty plastic cup on the floor for 3 days. The maid never picked it up and threw it away. Hotel was fairly quiet. Continental breakfast is much more than continental. It included biscuits and gravy and waffles. Very good. I am not anxious to stay at this hotel again.
