Motel 6 Bismarck

Stayed 2 non-consecutive nights in one week. First night was o.k. except for door, walkway, and other room noise. Nicely re-done rooms. Comfortable beds, minimal covers, one bed crammed up against the heating and cooling unit. Non-Smoking rooms smell like old stale smoke anyway. Second night was questionable. I called while on the road and was told they were full, but when I stopped in, they had a room. I wish they had been full and I had gone elsewhere. I would gladly have spent more for a better place to sleep. There were drunks, fights, and police checking on someone getting beat up near my room. In the morning I could clearly hear the next door occupant throwing up, swearing, etc. I won't stay at that Motel 6 again, but would stay at other locations, maybe.

Hotel patrons all seemed like they were avoiding the law. We didnt actually come across any weird encounters with them but we were certainly over cautious when on the premises. Other than that great place for what you pay. Clean modern simple room.

Only good thing I can say is the shower had good water pressure.

The hotel offers no-frills service at bargain-basement prices. You get a bed w/ clean bathroom for a price that can't be beat. Don't expect anything else and you won't be disappointed.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about, it's a Motel 6, and one of the nicest ones I've stayed at. Maybe the room was recently remodeled, but nice bedspreads, nice big TV and clean.

They are remodeling the entire hotel so my room was brand new and all the staff was very friendly. You can not beat the price and it was actually a really nice place!

My wife and I found this to be a clean, fairly quiet hotel even with all the oil, flood, and Fema people staying in it. It was handy to where we had to be for our appointments, so were more then happy. We are simple people, don't go in for all the frills anyway.

It worked out perfect for my wife , chocolate lab, and myself as we were moving to different hunting spots. Fuel and eating places all with in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again

its a motel 6, and even at that it failed. Check in time is listed as 2 pm - when I arrived at 3 to drop off bags before going out, I was told the room wouldn't be ready until 4. At 430 when I reattempted to drop off my stuff, I was told the rooms weren't ready and to check back in at 5. I told them I would leave and magically a "clean" room was found. There was hair on the shower stall walls and toothpaste in the sink and on the counter. The toilet needed 2 flushes to actually flush down urine - thank god I didnt bm or i would still be flushing... The desk guys were nice but useless. Did not see a housekeeper whilst there.

the room need some help the thermostat cover keep falling off the wall tried putting it back on my self but it was broken so i left it on the table and when they cleaned the room they just laied in back on and it fell off when the door closed , the shower had issues with the handel for the hot water was not marked and just spun around worn out , and the shower walls and floor needed to be cleaned better there was dirt soap scum mold in the cracks ,and i also paid for the internet that i had to call the office to fix ( was told that they had to reset the router) but it still took way to long to log on i had to go down the street to were i had some freind staying to use the internet so i could get my work done to say the lest this was the worst stay i ever had
