Price ok, motel not
I have stayed at many motels in this price range with no problems or issues with quality. The condition and cleanliness of this motel is unacceptable. I would recommend removing this motel from your list of suggested locations.

Infrequent Traveler
Could use some updating
The staff was friendly. You have to hunt to find an open parking space and it was never near the room. The bed was really hard and not much better than sleeping on the floor.

Worst Hotel Ever
It was the worst place i have ever stayed. Upon check in they told me they were sending a repair man down to fix tiles in ceiling. When we returned there was a very strong odor of paint. All they had done was tried to paint over the molded tiles in the room to cover it up. Also the floor was soaking wet through most of the room. By the next day it had dried to only half that size.
