The heater in the room started and stopped all night and each time the housing of the heater rattled loud enough to wake us. Also, we were disturbed a number of time by the sounds from the next room and also people walking down the hallway and talking. Nice bed and large TV Cramped bathroom.

Not what I hoped.
The rom was fair, but the fan didn't work in the bathroom. It could use a refrigerator and a microwave. The rest of the room was good. It was difficult to find an elevator. The pool was small and with everyone using the slides there was many times a person would be struck.

Ramkota
Front desk staff were very friendly! Quick and easy check in. Room was confortable, however was expecting a little more for the cost of the room.

Great pool for kids
After a 13 hour drive, the Ramkota provided a clean room, an excellent on site restaurant, and a great swimming pool for the kids. Not much room for adults to swim due to the water slides. Poolside room was very noisy, but it quieted down after 11 pm.

Ramkota weekend
I stayed at the Ramkota,over a weekend,for a state dart tournament.the rooms were quiet and comfortable,and within a short distance of the mall and other buisness establishments in the downtown Bismarck area.the hotel resturant was very good.I enjoyed my stay there.

Stiff as a brick staff
We arrived late in the morning for our stay the first clerk was friendly but did not seem to know what he was doing and had to call someone to check us in and get our room key this took about 20 min. and was quite an annoying wait. the room was clean and comfortable and the shower had good pressure. After we left the real kicker was looking a our bank statement and finding the hotel charged us an additional $190 after we left. And we still haven't gotten it all back. I will never stay at this hotel again! Also My traveling companion left his Glasses on the front desk counter. and when we called all they did was send us to house keepings voicemail. All they truely had to do was look around and see that they were there. Most of they staff we interacted with seemed to not be with it or helpful, the only exception was housekeeping once we got there to look for the glasses. they actually helped.

REALLY?
PASSING THROUGH
gREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY, VERY CLEAN. WONDERFUL APPEARING WATER PARK WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ADULT TIME ONLY. MANAGEMENT SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN AND WERE NOT VERY FRIENDLY WHEN QUESTIONED ABOUT IT.

Stay OK with +'s and -'s
Location is great. Staff friendly and helpful. Had the best room service breakfast I have had for a long time, hot, plentiful and flavorful! My only complaints are comfort of beds and noisy heater. They need new beds! However I would probably stay there again as the positives outweigh the negatives!

My review of Best Western Ramkota Hotel
Was a nice place to stay, but could not enjoy it, because there was other activies going on at the motel so there was tooooo many people and over crowded. Could not get to the water slides and people were gathered in the hall ways. Otherwise a very nice motel.
