The Innkeeper is where you will find comfort, hospitality and a friendly atmosphere with home charm nestled among the lush green surroundings in a country setting. Better than expected

The front desk manager was very helpful, the location was good and it was exactly what I wanted. However they have NO housekeeping or anything on site. So when I had a problem like needing a new garbage can or an extra towel - there was no way to accomodate that.

Decent place to stay

Very nice staff. I requested and received a late check-in. Upon arrival I was given a key-card to access my room but it did not work when I got to the room. This was annoying, but I called the front desk from my cell phone and within a minute a security guard was there to let me in. Another minute later and the front desk agent himself was at my door with new key cards. The room itself was not spectacular, but the price was right.

great customer service

I stayed here while moving from Arkansas. I planned to close on my house the next day and was traveling with a huge moving truck, my mother in my truck, my girlfriend, and two dogs. I called ahead to ask for a lower level room so we could monitor our moving truck and my pick-up with things in the bed. We were given a great room off the main road and were able to watch our things without worry. also great place to stay if you have dogs. rooms were clean and nice cont breakfast as well!!!!

Not too bad

Don't understand why there are ash trays in a non-smoking room. Cable connector wall plate needs replacing. Overall the room was clean. Staff is helpful. Plenty of eating options within a mile. Continental breakfast has plenty of choices. If I could I would give it a 3.5,not quite a 4.

tub area was dirty. Had to change rooms and drag luggage.

Great nights rest

The INKEEPER of Winston Salem gives you a friendly atmosphere of a relaxed enviroment with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Hotel is close to the HWY and major food establishments. The price is very good in this time of economic stress. I have passed on this hotel recommendation to all my friends and coworkers.

You get what you pay for

The Innkeeper Winston-Salem is a bare-bones hotel with no amenities that I could see. I was looking an affordable place to stay for a group of friends and that's what we found. The room was clean enough, but seems a little run down. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work causing you to break a sweat before you could get dried off from your shower and out of the bathroom.
