One of the WORST hotel experiences e
Our toilet backed up at 6:15 am, but the desk CLERK said maintenance does not arrive until 7:00 and could do nothing; desk clerk does not have a key to even retrieve a plunger. Coffee maker had not one, but TWO USED COFFEE BAGS in it--smelled moldy. One of 3 Lobby bathroom sinks was plugged and one had no soap at 6:30 am as we were leaving--TOTALLY DISGUSTED.

Good Buy!
this was a good deal for this hotel. it is not the most upscale place i've ever stayed at, but there was really nothing for me to complain about. the rooms were very clean and the staff and overall service was excellent.

Winston-Salem Holiday Inn
Enjoyed a stay at the hotel in a very convenient location. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide a complimentary breakfast. Instead, it was $10.25, and we were forced to eat fast food for virtually every meal. The staff was very friendly, though, and there was a bar.

Wake visit
This Holiday Inn was expensive because I did not tell them we were visiting Wake Forest University when I booked it. The Breakfast was expensive and poor. We did not feel safe because it appeared that someone had tried to pry open our room door when we unlocked it for the first time. The hotel desk had a sign posted that cars had been broken into in their parking lot and to remove all electronic devices like GPS units from view.
