Hotel Nice; Booking Info Incorrect
Here are two issues I had.The first is with the desk staff. The clerk did not know how to check in an [...] reservation. I was in a panic that my CC had been hacked b/c it was being denied. [...] Not a great start to my evening.[...] I had picked a King Study. The pics on line show a much roomier setting in the Study room vs the standard room. [...] showed 3 types of rooms at the hotel when I was booking; standard, studio and suite. I picked the room based off the photos as the descriptions for standard and study were similar. I was not happy to have a standard sized room. My two teenage children are over 6' as well as my husband. [...]Otherwise, the hotel staff was very friendly, the maids did an excellent job cleaning and stocking rooms and the breakfast was delicious.

Nice property
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was great, very accommodating and pleasant. Rooms are clean, common areas are well kept and welcoming. The breakfast offers something for everyone.

Mad I did not know pool was closed
Nice hotel. Nice location. But mad I did not know pool was not open. It was HOT in North Carolina so call ahead, don't assume! Also did not know construction was being done in lobby. [...]

Great central location
Staff was very helpful. Did not care for microwavable entrees at the free breakfast, but was told that Hampton Inn is going to make changes due to poor feedback.

friendly staff
the hotel provided just what i needed, although i didn't need much. the friendly front desk lady brightened my mood after a long flight and meetings while i was checking in. free internet was also nice to have.

Front desk staff were helpful with recommendations for dinner. Hotel room was clean, bed comfortable, and breakfast in the a.m. was fully stocked.
