good food
hotel was great, no problems or concerns. had an issue w/being booked the wrong size room, booked a king suite/dbl got king suite/reg king. needed two beds, hotel was full so had to make adjustments. hotel has a great breakfast w/real food!

Great Stay For the Price
I was visiting for a conference. The hotle room was relatively clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel had an over all neat appearance. The only drawback was the dripping tub and the constant running toilet. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Web information needs updating
The hotel's web page indicated a "pet friendly hotel" and did not mention a fee for a pet. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that it was a $25 fee; however, the information book in the room indicated the fee to be $20. The hotel's environment was nice and most of the staff was knoweledable and helpful.

Great business amenities/pleasure
I have stayed at this hotel every year since it was built for busniess and plesure. I have introduce my family to this hotel and now they stay at this hotel and enjoy it. This year is the first time I had a problem. I had a problem with my room getting clean. After speaking to the night clerk and the manager, the problem was resolved. I will continue to recommed this hotel to my friends and relatives. The hotel is at a good location near hospital, busniess, restaurants and shopping. The people over all are very freindly.
