Very comfortable and clean

Only stayed one night and got in really late, but check in was easy and staff was pleasant. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Not too far from the beach or downtown.

Convenient location at a good price

Excellent location close to both downtown shopping and beach. The hotel/room was very clean and inviting. The hot breakfast in the morning was a perfect start to the day. Only drawback with stay was the staff... gave wrong directions to a restaurant that ended up taking us several miles away- when restaurant ended up being within walking distance of hotel. Also staff in the morning got defensive when we mentioned this- rather than just apologizing.

Entertainment tip: Short drive from hotel

The horse drawn carriage tours of the river front were excellent- great narration - and so worth the cost.
