Can't beat it for the price!!!
Overall stay was fine. One night of three I was there I had some noise issues with above room. Room and bathroon clean and staff pleasant. Can't beat location near UNC-Wilmington (daughter playing softball there and its only about 5-7 miles to the beach) or price given you basically have a full kitchen and king bed.

cute little pool. room was a little stuffy or musty we had to air it out all day every day.

Good value for the money spent
My husband & I stayed at this extended stay because our water heater had flooded our downstairs. We have been without hot water waiting for things to dry out and needed desparately to have a place to shower. This Suburban Extended Stay is very close to home which made traveling back and forth easy. The room was fine, very clean and any problem was dealt with immediately. I even met a lady who was staying with her husband while he was working in the area. I was able to tell her about some points of interest and about our newest shopping area that is like a small city. We now have exchanged emails to keep in touch. Overall, this was a great experience.

Fantastic family getaway & great price
This was getaway for togetherness and relaxation. The room was a little small; however, it was quite cozy and very, very clean. The desk clerk "[...]" was extremely helpful and very pleasant. We were checked in and out the door in less than five mins. The location from the beach and stores is very convent. I'm not big on spending a lot of money;therefore, the price was very afforable for me. My family and I will continue to make SES of Wilm. our new vacation stay.

Very Nice Stay
Reservaion was waiting upon arrival; shift manager was extremely thourough in explaining site policies and available services. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and all appliances worked well. No problems what so ever. Several very nice resturants very close by. Remember this is primarily an extended stay property. So be sure to bring towells and coffee. Grocery stores are close by as well. Room had a regular sized regrigerator (15 cu ft or so), microwave, and 2 burner stovetop. Dishes, pots and pans were provided in room. Quiet location and clientelle.

Wilmington is growing and changing daily. Spend the extra couple dollars on a good city map. Mapquest has not quite kept up with all the new construction and new street names.

Great location for the price
We went to the beaches and we just went to get away. The staff were friendly and we felt comfortable there, I would stay there again.
