Wouldn't recommend
It was the worst I've ever experienced. It didn't look safe at all. My fiance and I was nervous the whole time and there were bed bugs crawling on us.

Disappointing
While the desk clerks were pleasant and accommodating, the hotel was run down. I would not stay there again.

Deb living for vacations
Quick trip to visit family and the beach
I thought everything was nice. It was a little damp, but that probably goes with the local climate. I wish the pool had been open, and I wish they had a work out room. I think both of those things would be good for their overall attractiveness to a larger range of clientele

A Nice Stay
When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice and pleasant woman, that was working the front desk all weekend. We were quickly helped, got our rooms keys, and started unloading our things. There are many exits on the sides of the buildings, which was nice to not have to lug all of our things through the lobby. All the doors were secure, in that you must have a hotel room key to get in them. The room was a mixture of older carpet with modern dressings. The bathroom, while a little outdated, was very nicely cleaned. One interesting thing I found out was that we had a refrigerator, while other friends of mine were staying in a hotel that was $100 a night and they did not have one. So there are a lot of perks to this hotel: great location between downtown Wilmington and to Wrightsville Beach. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to someone on a budget that doesn't want to get shafted on any of the amenities.

Bad and Dirty
Sheets had somebody's hair on them. Wash basin was clogged. Pillow covers were soiled. Truely zero star experience.
