In all fairness...
The staff was great, however our non-smoking room was beside smoking rooms and the smell permeated the air all night. My whole family left the hotel with scratchy throats and the sniffles. Also, the couple next door chose to stay up all night fighting. The desk called their room and they still kept shouting. This hotel was very clean. If I stay there again, it will not be anywhere near the smoking floor-3rd floor.

Target, Marshalls and Chic-Fil-A were right across the street! That was convenient and the stores were nice.

We really just slept there. In town for a triathlon. Great price. Although nothing really special about the hotel. One negative was the room smelled very high of men's aftershave. And the fan on the A/C didn't have an option to run continuously - I like to use it as a "white noise" maker. So, that was a drawback. But the rooms were clean and that is what really matters.

Was just a quick, over night stop in Wilmington. For some reason most of the hotels were booked. I could have spent a lot less than I did at this hotel, but I was hoping for something a little nicer. The staff was pleasant, the room was okay, but what freaked me out a little was the dirty carpet. It made me worry about bed bugs, but I didn't find any and everything else was clean. The breakfast wasn't too bad, it was about what I expected.

too small
The hotel room was too small and the carpet was filthy. It needs replacing. Breakfast was good though. Not a hotel for families

Clean, Average Lodging
The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was a convenient plus, but the rooms were very small with a tiny bathroom. I had been there before and could now see some wear & tear also. It was convenient for us again, so we gave it another try.

Close to UNC Wilmington
VERY nice staff- room was comfortable though the a/c unit is loud. No conditioner- just a conditioning shampoo (without much conditioning). The pool is small but very clean. The exercise room is in a small separate bulding and only has one treadmill, two bikes and a weight machine. Breakfast was good with hard boiled eggs, cereals, waffle maker, breads, sausage sandwiches and fresh fruit. I would definitely stay here again for a family oriented pet friendly hotel (there were lots of furry friends!)

wilmington stay
I wanted to stay near my daughter for Christmas and this hotel was the perfect spot, and they let dogs stay which is very important to us. The staff was nice.
