Great value place to stay.
Quick & easy check in. All staff members we encountered week very friendly & helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom was small but organized well, with the sink not in the bathroom, it worked really well for us. Cont. breakfast had a good varity, clean, & there was a staff member there both morning we we there, if you needed any help and they were cleaning and restocking during that time as well. Location is in a good spot about 1 block off one Market street, which made it peaseful from the street noise. Our room had a small frig & microwave, but another couple we went to Wilmington with did not have either in there room. We did not, but if you need these items in your room, make sure to ask for a room with them. Ironing board is behind the mirror in the room if you need it. This was a great place to stay for the price.

Fantastic Place
The staff were very friendly, full of energy and smiled all the time. The hotel was located in the perfect spot for all the places we wanted to visit while there. Room was clean, comfortable and just a great place to stay.

A lot of action goes on downtown til 4 and 5 in the morning and it also has a lot of movies and shows that get filmed there as well.

Great hospitality @ great location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel had everything we needed (including free wi fi), and we especially appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Great one night business stay!
Have stayed here before in the past with family and thoroughly enjoyed it. Stayed this time due to the great price and location relative to my business opportunities. Booked online the afternoon of my stay. I was very pleased with the room, staff, exercise facility, and breakfast. Would highly recommend to family and business travelers!

Good location clean, breakfast was lacking. Nice place overall. Good staff very nice and made check in and checkout very easy. Fitness facility needs to be updated, everything at least 15 years old. Would stay again if I where in Wilmington. Good room size, no fridge was a big let down for the price, could use an upgrade overall in some areas of the hotel. Bathtub did not drain, that was nasty. Located off a main road so many things around it, places to eat and check out. Stayed only one night so it was okay for the price. Tv needs to be upgraded and interior of the room would have been nice.

Christmas gathering with family
We planned a last minute trip to visit our son, daughter in law and our granddaughter in Wilmington. Needed a place to stay for one night. We booked online and having never stayed at this particular Hotel before, we were very pleased and not disappointed in the least! Very nice, clean Hotel and the staff was so friendly. We had a great time and the price was EXCELLENT!
