Hotel was in an area that was not safe.
The worst hotel experience I've ever had. It was located in a very bad part of town. More restaurants and businesse were boarded up. It was a scary experience. This is in street gang territory. Most businesses have left. I had to wait until it was day light to leave my room. The rooms were way in the back of the hotel. NOT GOOD!

Little Outdated...
The room was average. It had a HDTV which was nice and the hotel is on the main drag in Wilmington. However, the hotel has all exterior room entrances and thin walls which made for a noisy couple of nights. The single rooms have queen instead of king size beds which is a little outdated.

nice place to stay
we had a nice room facing the pool-the staff was friendly and accommodating-our trip was to carolina beach was only 20 min. away. we also enjoyed the pool which was always clean and refreshing.great time would stay again.

Descent Place.....
It was a descent place to stay. It provided a clean room and a nice swimming pool for the kids. There was a little noise from other people till around 12 but it was the 4th of July weekend. Wasnt anything unacceptable. I was satisfied with everything. Is within 15 minutes of Carolina Beach, USS Battleship, and other beaches.

Surprised by Days Inn Wilmington
Stayed here for a local triathlon and needed a simple, quiet place to sleep and clean up post race. The facilities were basic but clean and comfortable. The AC functioned well and was not overly loud or difficult. The inclusion of a mini-fridge in the room was particularly nice though unexpected from a hotel at this price point.

Family traveler
Not Happy
Nice and clean, but not happy that this particular Days Inn does not have free breakfast. Also not happy about the no cancellation/refund policy.
