Convenient location

The hotel was easy to find and check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helped us with picking a restaraunt to ... order from. Take out, an in room movie and no kids was the perfect evening retreat for tired parents. Visited the waterfront, the Cotten Exchange and just had a great relaxing weekend.

We live in the area, so we just wanted a place to stay to get away from our kids for the night. I was in a convenient ... location, it was clean and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for.

everything you could think of is nearby. walmart, lots of resturants within walking distace and the beach is only a 10 min drive. staying here will save you money because your not trying to pay for a hotel on the beach but are still close enough to enjoy the beach.

4th of July weekend

We were actually visiting family in town. I was a little disappointed in the fact that there was a cost for the Breakfast ... buffet. I gather I misunderstood the Orbitz representative and thought the breakfast was included and because of this I decided against breakfast. My boyfriend had breakfast and had no complaints. Overall good time had by all.

Great Location!!!

This was my first time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Wilmington and it was fairly enjoyable. The location is very ... close to the Wilmington beaches which was very convenient. It is also close to lots of stores for shopping. The only issue that I had was that the fitness center was tiny. It had one elliptical machine, one treadmill and one bicycle. There was also one weight bench. I found it difficult to get my workouts in because there was always someone on the machines.

A Wal-mart supercenter was a very short walk from the hotel. There was also restaurants nearby as well.

You can't beat the location of this hotel, in the heart of many restaurants and only a short drive to the beach. The hotel ... staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. I have stayed at the hotel twice in the last month & plan on staying there again next time I visit Wilmington.
