Booked and rebooked!
For the money, this is probably the best you're going to get! Nice neighborhood, safe entry, great staff, good breakfast (fresh fruit and waffles = YUM), and a SUPER comfy bed! I went to Wilmington for a job interview and planned to stay one night, but this was such a great place, I extended my stay two days and played at the beach and discovered Wilmington. The front desk was SO helpful with directions and recommendations. Definitly a keeper!

Not worth it!
Woke up the first AM with a cockroach on the wall. Carpeting is filthy and needs replacement. TV controller did not work. Took an hour to get new one. No thanks! Housekeeping fair. had the same problems with a Courtyard by Marriott in Indianapolis you booked. Got locked out after a hard day there due to clerk incompetence. You must do more Due Diligence on these hotels.

Getting Long in the Tooth
Room and bathroom were clean. Housekeeping was courteous and attentive. Two of four light fixtures did not work. Room was what I expected for the price. Biggest downside -- wireless signal was very strong, but speed was equal to dial-up.

Hieronymous Seafood is about two miles away and has creatively prepared fresh catch daily. Inexpensive and relaxed atmosphere. Puts all other seafood restaurants near the hotel to shame.

Just Fine
Not dirty, nothing didn't work. staff was quite nice except the desk staff were were too young, and not very eager, but even they knew what they were doing and responded effectively to direct requests. Quite a bargain really, right down the block from Unc and it felt very safe inside and out.

Great location-great price
My first trip to Wilmington and I had no trouble locating the motel.Located right off of I-40. Convenient food nearby and just minutes from downtown!

Just in for a wedding
Solid for the price
It was a solid location that kept me in the middle of everything for my weekend. The rooms were solid and very little noise was overheard from outside (just from the pool during the day). The staff was very courteous and helped contribute to my enjoyable stay.
