Was very disappointed in rooms not having coffee makers. I also think the company needs to invest in new towels and wash clothes. The ones in our room were worn and aged. Need to put a couple more towels in each room. Price was good for a one night stay. Glad I didn't book the room for two nights.

Overnight Stay
Statesville, NC is a good stopping point from Buffalo, NY to Ormond Beach, FL. Master's Inn is easy to find, and although not plush by any means, it is clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. There are several choices nearby for food.

My Stay
well this hotel is a place that is what you get for the price. The ac just barely kept the room somewhat cool. it looked like it was built in the 50's they say they had a pool, but nope, no pool at all. i cant complain to much due to i was looking for the cheapest place to stay on my trip and well i got what i paid for.

The room was gross. Our non-smoking room had a strong awful smell when you walked in, I guess a combination of smoke and air fresheners to cover that. There were cigarette ashes on the carpet next to the bed, and the rest of the carpet was not vacuumed well either. I found a bed bug carcass. The box spring had rips in it and the parts visible had hair and dust and general gross stuff. No shampoo provided. Zero healthy food choices at breakfast either, though it would be okay if you like waffles and mini donuts.

[...] Hotel is a Dump and there are many transient individuals living permanently at this hotel, pack a gun if you want to feel safe at this place!!!!

A bit run down, but good nights sleep
This motel was a bit on the run down side. The room was reasonably clean except for a few pieces of candy wrappers on the floor. The sheets were a bit thin. We were only given towels, no washcloths. I had to ask twice for the washcloths and then finally got them about 45 minutes later. The bathroom was clean, sink area was clean and TV worked well. We got a good night's sleep for a fair price.

Good place to sleep for the price.
Room was older and not luxurious, but for the price it was clean, no bugs, good water pressure, tv, frig, mirowave, and beds were comfortable. If you are looking for just a place to sleep and a great price, this is it.

Waffle House restaurant is located adjacent to hotel. It offers a clean facility and good food at reasonable prices. There are other, more expensive restaurants within walking distance and 1 mile or less by car.
