Good Location/Good Staff
My family attended a wedding in Rocky Mount and the Best Western was in a perfect location for our activities at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly & accomodating. Our rooms were missing the fridge & microwave upon arrival but they acted quickly to correct this for us. One of the rooms had an odor but the staff did a great job relocating us. Their great attitudes made our minor problems disappear.

Good stop for traveller
We stayed here twice. Once while travelling from NJ to Orlando and again on our return trip. Comfortable beds. Nice place to get a good night's rest and get an early start in the morning. Not much around. Other reviews mentioned hotel on a somewhat busy road. We were in a front room and did not find the noise a problem. Priced right and will make this our stopping point again as we will be making this trip back and forth at least twice a year.

Everything except the bowling alley next door is a short drive. We drove around and wound up at an Applebees.

Road noise all night
Ther was a lot of road noise ,could hear a lot of traffic from the room we were staying in ,the price was ok. The room was not ready when we arrived but was cleaned up in about 15 min. The lamp by the one side of the bed had no place to plug it in,could have used an extension cord for the lamp to plug it in to some outlet in the room.The location was not bad close to shopping mall,about 2 miles

Addison train lover
A very friendly place to stay!
We were just passing through for the night so it was not a destination, but it was a good place to stay. Cleanliness OK. Priced right. Friendly staff and accomodating, and an excellent (more than) continental breakfast. Thanks to all who made it so!

Good location, good price
Short distance to the business training I was attending. Everything worked--iron, hairdryer, coffee maker. I left rested and full with the complimentary breakfast. Didn't get a chance to take advantage of the pool or surrounding restaurants, but they were all available. For the quality and price, will come again.
