Quality Stay

We loved the late check out (noon). The hotel is located near some quality restaurants and bars. We were able to walk to all of them with ease. Room was above average, wish there was a better channel selection.

Decent hotel but I've stayed at nicer Sheratons

Hotel was in a perfect location for a morning business meeting so I flew in the night before. Room smelled like smoke but all the rooms were supposed to be "smoke free." Free internet was only on the 2nd floor so had to pay $10 extra. Not many options for food onsite and didn't have a room service menu in room. Gym/ pool was very nice though. Overall an average hotel but seemed to be one of the more expensive options in Raleigh.

Had jambalaya at Big Easy about two blocks north of the hotel and was great. Good creole/ NOLA menu and laid back atmosphere.

Unbeatable location for the price

Visited some friends and business associates. The business center was a little slow. But I had my own devices so it wasn't a big deal.

Great for business stay

The hotel was quiet (they enforce quiet time after 10pm), but even outside of those hours, I barely heard anyone outside my door. I was unhappy with my first room, and they were quick to change me into a different one. I called room service twice, and they knocked on my door within 20-25 minutes.

Good location

We have stayed there before and decided to go back because of its convenient location. The bed was comfortable. The bath room was smaller than we like, but the price was decent. The bar inside the hotel was convenient as well.

The shuttle service was available for us to be dropped off and picked up 24 hours, so that made our night out very safe and easy.

Good downtown Raleigh location

Sheraton Raleigh is conveniently located, has friendly staff, and clean rooms. Hotel public gathering spaces are not very inviting- it's co-located in an office complex and feels like you're sitting in the building foyer. Parking is not convenient- garage is across the street- and you must pay extra for it. Also a popular location for sports teams to stay, apparently. My floor was noisy, even after 10pm, and reminded me of a dorm experience.

[...] The room on the 17th floor was great the staff was courteous and helpful parking included and convenient. Everything made for a perfect weekend at the Music Festival we attended as it was a short walk away. When going to Raleigh we will return to the Sheraton.
