Nice hotel
Nice hotel but the receptionist that check me in obviously did not know her job well. The first turnoff for me was she told me that when I checked in I had a balance for 3 days when my bill was paid in full ahead.she told me she had to go and check with someone in the back then came back and said I was right but still didn't apologize then gave me keys for a handicap room. She had no manners and didn't tell me about any of the hotel compliments which I had to find out on my own.I will not be staying at this Renaissance hotel in Raliegh again!

Renaissance Raleigh
A little confusing finding the entrance as there is one on the lower level that we never did find and one on the main level. Staff was very accomodating and decor very upscale. The only real complaint that we had was that the music in the lobby, restaurant and bar was loud and pulsating. If you didn't have a headache when you entered, you had one when you left. Granted, it had a lot of energy but when I'm traveling, I like to relax and this music certainly was not conducive to that.

Wonderful luxury hotel
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and well furnished. The bed linens were high quality. The TV was HD. Room service was gourmet, friendly and speedy. A covered parking garage close to the hotel elevator was nice in what turned out to be unusual snowy weather. The hotel is attached to a beautiful shopping center full of wonderful restaurants and shopping.
