Almost Absolute Disappointment

The first room they sent me to, besides the odor of urine and smoke in the hallways, had wet paint on some of the furniture still. No bath towels, just hand towels. The TV had a stripe across the center of it. The phone did not work. I asked to be transferred to a different room, and the only thing that changed was that the paint was dry in this room, which was traded for an A/C unit that leaked all night, drenching my clothes that were in my suitcase on the floor. I spoke to the person at the front desk when I checked out and if she cared, she sure didn't show it!!! I am truly dis-satisfied and would've asked for a refund if I thought spending an extra fifteen minutes in the office area would've been worth it, but I chose to leave. My only comfort was knowing I only paid fifty something dollars for this disappointment.

Horrible

This was the worst hotel I have every stayed in. The staff was rude, the room was nasty, and the towels stinked. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Would not recommend

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Room was not clean. No kitchen supplies that were suppose to be present for an efficiency. Sidewalks and outside room smelled like urine. A/C barely worked. I found out from co-workers that this hotel is located in a bad drug area of town. No person at front desk until after 8:00 am in the morning. No answering machine, etc.

Better choices nearby

The hotel did not have reservation we made thru [...]- took over a half hour to get it straightened out. The hotel employee was helpful and patient. The room was very bare bones with a creaky bed, a pungent odor (from smokers),thin walls with no soundproofing, scratched furniture, torn curtain, one plastic glass for two people, no shampoo or bathroom amenities other than a bar of soap. There was an ironing board and iron which was helpful. The location is convenient to Raleigh, but there are much better choices nearby.

Barely Adequate

Trying to find this hotel/motel is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Small sign on the main road but the place was located behind several other businesses. Only one bar of soap and no shampoo in the bathroom. Beds very hard to sleep on.

WORST EVER

the 1st nite was fair except 'frige did not work & only 2 towels. 2nd nite (friday) was so bad,we could not sleep, teenagers running up and down stairs screaming, loud music from cars with boomboxes, and some fights. About 1:30 am we packed up and left (found a quiet motel down the road) could find no management. So we called the next morning to tell them we left and why.
