Homestead Studio Suites-Raleigh-Crabtree Valley

Rooms very nice inside. Outside looks like a dump on their walkways and stairs, which are very stained and filthy looking. Had a large dog in one room that barked for 20 minutes one night. Mold in shower and corroded tub drain. Refrigerator problem 2nd night and fridge looked new. Great location.

Exceptionally good value. The hotel is well located and is very attractive on the outside. Staff was friendly and the unit had all the needed materials for both an extended stay. The rooms were larger than I had visioned. That said, there are no frills. Internet is an additional cost. Carpet is industrial and everything in the room looks like it was purchased from the low end of Sears. It was exactly what I needed and I was very happy to have stayed there. But someone else with higher tastes might have been disapointed.

Stayed at the hotel while traveling to Raleigh for a hockey game. The location is great and easy to get to many different activities available in the area. The room was fair, but nothing to get overly excited over. The pillows left something to be desired and A/C was not yet on (stayed in early March) even though it was warming up.

This hotel is in a very convenient location near Crabtree. It is somewhat secluded though, so quiet. The price through [...] was low. The hotel continued to have direct low daily rates; lower than all other kitchenette suites in the area. The staff was great, provided me a hair dryer for use. I didn't use the laundry room but one is available. GPS guided me a strange route in. You just need to stay on Glenwood Avenue until you see the Homestead sign (visible coming only from the west). Front desk hours from 7-11 but a clerk is there 24/7.

I was in town on business for a week. the room was comfortable and quiet althoug it seemed to be full. The only thing I needed was a desk to get work done.

Little had to see to begin with but in a great location. The stay was great except the last night. We had a rowdy group above us so we called the night manager. He agreed to go talk to the gentlemen above us but the noise continued and nothing else was really done. They apologized alot but other than that nothing was done.

The staff at check-in was great. The room was nice. We have only two complaints. It would be nice if they changed the filter in the HVAC more often, there was no hair dryer in the room but one phonecall to the front desk fixed that. Overall it was a pleasurable experiance.

Was a bit worried about it being an extended stay hotel-but it passed muster just fine. Friendly staff, wireless, quiet, clean room, not fancy but had the necessities. Asked for a room up front as I was travelling alone-no problems at all. Close to the Mall and about 10 miles from the airport. Def recommend for short stay

The hotel is exactly what I expected. A comfortable, clean, hotel in a nice neighborhood off the main road. Nothing particularly special, though the staff was very friendly, and no complaints. I will likely stay there again.

Nestled away in its own private world, this hotel is presents itself exclusive. Staff here are very courteous and helpful. You will enjoy your stay!!
