Clean, comfortable, convenient.
Desk clerk was pleasant. A nice surprise - the room was less $ than I'd paid. I assume my credit card charge was appropriately changed. The microwave 7 fridge were convenient.

Good, Budget friendly
It was a comfortable stay. Rooms have an ambience of warmth. Wash basin was a little cloggy. But the cleaning staff do a great job. all the receptionists except one were really warm and welcoming.

Glad I Am Back Home
This was not the hotel that I thought I was making the reservations for and I did not like that I basically was forced to stay here because of the "no refund policy." I doubt if I stay here again. The location was not in a good section of town.

Middle of the road
Average, but great location-- bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper because it's downtown.

Staff did not know if the bus system was operating or the hours of operation. No TV channel guide in the room. Said HBO did not have it. Shower curtain was about to fall off. Caulking around tub was done by a six year old.
