centrally located quiet hotel
Very nice hotel for the price. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We appreciate changing towels only every other day. The courtyard around the pool was inviting. Breakfast was a highlight of every day we were there.

Class of 50 Waukesha High School
Good location
We were in Raleigh to help friends celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. We were 1 of 4 couples staying at courtyard. It was close to the Church and the dinner following. Staff was exceptional in helping us to obtain car rental; an excelent resturant for Thursday night; and a taxi to the airport on Sunday. This was a great weekend for us.

Great hotel for the price
Overall the weekend was wonderful; when I arrived at the hotel, I was checked-in immediately. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommmodating. My weekend was a mother/daughter shopping trip. The only thing that was missing that would have been helpful was a microwave in the room. We went out to eat and brought back food that we later wanted to warm-up to eat. I would definitely book at this hotel again and I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Shopping tip:
Short drive from hotel
If your main focus is shopping, then it is helpful to map out your travel to each shopping destination. My daughter and I were visiting the state to shop and we mapped out our travel for the two days to utilize our time wisely and to visit as many shopping centers/malls as possible.

Very nice employees
The hotel was reasonably clean. Coming from the business myself I noticed a few areas of the room that needed attention. The linens and pillows on my bed were worn and should have been replaced, the room needed dusting and we had a ring around the tub. It was obvious no one checked this room prior to check in. The last thing was the internet was not working in the room. I had to go to the lobby and use the computers there.

Good comfort and easy to find
The Raleigh North Courtyard was clean, easy to find (right off of the freeway) and had the usual Marriott amenities (pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, business center. The staff was friendly and knew the area well. Overall, a great stay.

My review of Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh North
This hotel was not much different from most Courtyard Marriots. The staff was friendly, the rooms, clean, and the the usual amenities. What was different was the location. What will be convienent soon, but not very nice to look at right now is the construction across the street and on the main road. They are builing a strip mall..which could be very nice, but not a great site in the mean time. Other than that the location was good, close to on and off ramp of beltlines. Easy to get to.
