Comfort Suites Raleigh North

Business trip with family. Good location near many restarants and shopping. Good breakfast buffet.

I was in Raleigh for a conference and I have to say this was the absolute worst hotel I have ever visited. Although the staff was courteous, the hotel itself was awful and could use a complete renovation or scrubbing. The hotel had a poor and confusing layout design which made it difficult to even find my room. The numerical signs which are supposed to be posted on the wall that are used to direct guests to their rooms were either misleading or missing altogether. When I finally reached my room, it was a severely outdated 1970's review with sticky carpet and possibly moldy furniture that made me question whether their upholstered surfaces were cleaned within the past 10- 15 years. I refused to walk around barefoot out of fear that I might catch a fungus or something worse from the dingy and dirty carpet. In my room, the wooden panels that are used to separate the bedroom from the living quarters, had a weird white film covering them, again I opted to not touch. Because it was so late, when I checked in and since I had to get up early in the morning, I decided to ignore my surroundings and immediately hit the bed for sleep...until the couple next door to me decided to serenade me with the sounds of their "baby-making". Needless to say that between them, the super thin walls and the constant clicking of my room's air conditioner unit, I did not sleep soundly. I could not get out of this hotel fast enough. I visit Raleigh often and this was the first time that I opted to stay the night. I can honestly say that I will never ever stay in this hotel again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone else either.

I had to check out after the required time and they were very friendly and servicial. The hotel met good expectations. Everything was very good, except that the room had a little bad smell, but it was clean.Lots of pillows. TI will recommend this hotel, but check first if they can give you a better view when you check in.

The hotel was wonderful Had 2 tv's a microwave and even a min fridge, and the cleaning staff came around often and the bed was soft A++ service they even extended my check out 2twice at minimal cost ..will be going back there again ..

The hotel was great for the price. It was really more than I had expected. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Me and my girlfriend felt really comfortable staying there. We had a room that was facing the pool in the center of the hotel so that was great to look at, to bad it was cold. The room had alot of space and the free internet was perfect and super fast. I would absolutly stay here again.

Great suites, great price, great breakfast!

This was a surprisingly great suites hotel. Thewebsite description was very accurate. The room was very clean, although could use an updating. Bed was very comfortable. The room was exceptionally quiet. We brought a small dog, and there were no problems at all accomodating that. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others. The only slight drawback was that location was tricky to find, because it's partially hidden by the highway ramp; otherwise this was an exceptional value.

I was traveling on a Business Trip and I spent most of my free time in my hotel room getting some rest because I was sick the entire weekend. When I arrived [...] checked me in and was extremely nice. The next day I wanted some soup and I asked [...] for a bowl to warm my soup because I wasn't feeling well and he said " of course I will be glad to get one for you". On the next day when I saw [...] he asked me if I was feeling better, "I said yes, thanks for asking". That was very thoughtful of him to ask that question.The customer service at this hotel was awesome! By the way this was my second visit to this hotel and the customer service on my first visit was great as well.
