Great

This is probably the best hotel I have stayed at through my travels. The room was like a condensed house. Everything one could need was available. I wish every hotel could be like this.

Unbeatable location for the price

Attended the New Bern Train Show. The accomodations were more than expected. Very enjoyable stay overnight in Candlewood Suites.

Great stay for the weekend!

A friend and I had a wonderful trip to New Bern, NC! The hotel was great, very clean, stafff was very helpful and it was easy to get to. We would both go back ina hearbeat.

Visit to see son off on deployment

wanted to stay near MCAS Cherry Point and the hotels in Havelock didn't have good reviews. So, New Bern is only 20 min. away and this stay was definitely worth the drive. Brand new hotel...opened Feb. 2010 so everything is still practically new. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, full-size fridge, microwave, dishes, large bathroom. Couldn't ask for more...well, maybe a continental breakfast thrown in for the price would make it perfect! Awesome staff!

New hotel!

Nice new hotel. No pool.Rooms real nice with kitchen. Good shower and bathroom.Flat screen TV. No speed tv channel.
