It was nice...
At first, I was disappointed..not the grand entrance that you would expect from other chains. But, as the night went on, I had a quiet sleep with comfortable amenities.

50th Birthday Getaway
Nice place, centrally located. Very pleased with room (king suite), lighting could be brighter in bathroom, difficult to apply makeup. Only negative was the dirty carpet in hallway but inside the room, all was well.

Very good value, clean, updated. Staff missed wake yp call.
Updated, clean, very good value for the money. I asked for a wake up call and none recieved. However, I would stay there again.

Great New Bern, NC Hotel
The BEST WESTERN PLUS Riverside Inn & Suites is a tremendous value. The staff and hotel are of 4-star quality and nothing is left to chance. Their courteous service, fantastic accommodations, and professionalism guarantee that I will stay with them again.

Cockroaches in the bathroom, pool opening 9am in morning, closing at 9pm at night, breakfast was ice cold eggs, paper thin bacon, prepackaged sausage bisquits, No Iced Tea. The staff were very nice but I will not stay at a hotel that has cockroaches as I don't want to bring an unwanted guest home from my vacation.

Great Resting Quarters
I found the room space to be adiquate for 2 or more people ( namely family and children).The hotel is new and so it has great design features.The main level has a large breakfast area and small bar.The pool is especial nice.We were on the 4th floor so there was no noise from the highway.The cleaning staff were very pleasant as were the receptionists.We only stayed at the hotel for 5 nights out of ten so those extra nights could have been refunded had we been aware of the process for doing so.One day the cleaner staff forgot all the small towels so we managed without them. In all the Best Western Hotel was excellent.

It was just wonderful. The room had everything I needed and then some. I was very comfortable and the staff was just great. I needed some help with my boarding passes when I left and they helped me-they were the best. I would recommend this for a place to stay and I will surely stay here next time I visit.

Great get away
The staff I met there were friendly and the room was great. the beds were very comfortable and nice and very clean. Not too far from Atlantic beach. Would stay here again.

The room itself was acceptable but we found four cockroaches in our room. One of which came out of our bed covers.I find this unacceptable and a sign of uncleanliness. In my line of work cafeterias would be deducted points from our inspection for finding one cockroach.

The information given is incorrect. No managers hour, no hot breakfast, and the indoor pool is not heated. The hotel it's self was nice, clean and hotel staff friendly. I chose this hotel due to the managers hour, hot breakfast, and indoor pool. So it was disappointing. They did have breakfast but it was just the basics. They have an indoor pool but was too cold. As of the managers happy hour it didn't exsist. I would stay here again based on cleanliness. No other reason but to me that's most important.
