Convenient and comfortable
Pleasant. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. I asked for directions to a few places and the desk attendant was very nice as well as helpful. It is a great location. Minutes from the airport and the highway. Good place for an overnight after flying in or before flying out of RDU.

very convenient
Very close to the airport and also a shuttle available. The room was just as expected, very clean and comfortable. Free fresh coffee 24/7 was a nice bonus. Nice and bright. Other hotels stayed at during this trip were using dingy light bulbs...a very good value.

Airport service
This is a great hotel if you're flying into RDU. I called the hotel when the plane landed, and their shuttle was there as soon as we got outside! They also drove me to pick up my car rental in the morning. Great staff!!!

Ground floor room, smelled musty. Low water pressure in the bathroom. Desk help average, airport shuttle driver rude. Room is quiet even under the airport flight path.

Really clean!
I came to Microtel Inn for 1 night because I had an early flight to catch next day. Reception was really helpful and room was clean.
