When I got to the hotel they said they had not ever heard of me and when I showed them my resv.# they told me they could not find it and there resv.# were not anything like the one I printed from you.

The Cafe Carolina in Raleigh or Chapel Hill have a great menu and the food and service is excellent.

room was smelling terrible and the sheets were dirty. Requested a refund but was told we could not get one. we left anyway. will never use this hotel again.

Very small room though fairly clean. Staff mostly disinterested. Very noisy near the airport. Woke up to what sounded like a plane landing in the room at 5:45.

customer service training needed
The staff wasn't unfriendly when we checked in but they were also not friendly. No extra energy exerted. Our room was freezing cold when we checked in. Our light on our phone flashed like we had a message, when I called and inquired it took about 5 minutes on hold for the front desk to fiquire out that our phone was not working correctly and they said, "just ignore it." It's a little hard to ignore a flashing red light when the lights go out. Plus, we asked for a 5 am wake up call, I woke up at 5:22 with no call. jumped out of bed and called the front desk to let them know to hold the airport shuttle and then said that they would but that it was only 4:45am. Someone had not checked that our room clock was 45 minutes fast. We had burn holes in our sheets. They were clean but full of holes.

Good value close to the airport
Good: - Inexpensive - Shower curtain didn't stink - Clean sheets - Close to airport, with shuttle - Free Wi-fi Bad: - Thin walls, noise carries between rooms

Convenient and comfortable
Pleasant. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. I asked for directions to a few places and the desk attendant was very nice as well as helpful. It is a great location. Minutes from the airport and the highway. Good place for an overnight after flying in or before flying out of RDU.
