very nice and clean for great price
we stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight. the staff that ran the airport shuttle were excellent...very helpful and on time. the room was so clean and much fancier than we were expecting...even had a really comfy couch with pillows and a throw blanket. we didn't get to try the breakfast since our flight left so early. but the 24 hour snack bar was great. we were disappointed we only got to stay there for one night before our flight.

Wonderful stay
This is a wonderful hotel. I stood for 2 nights, and it was a great experience. The rooms were large, the staff were great and very pleasant. If i had to have a complaint, it'd only be that there wasn't a microwave in the room, other than that it was perfect!

Nice
We were only there for a short time. But, the room was clean and well stocked. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was varied and good.

Awesome place
Stayed for the New Years. It was a pretty nice place to stay at for the night and pretty quiet (exception for an occasional airplane that flew over once in a while). We loved the nice big screen tv in the middle of the room that can be adjusted for a better angle. The breakfast was ok..great juice, but no sausage or bacon or anything great. Other than that it was great!

Impressed from Philly
Not What I Expected
Staff was incredibly helpful and pleasent. Room was large, well laid out and condusive for working away from the office. Loved the ability to get snacks and meals - this is unusual for these type of suites.

Great Place, Great Price
Went to my sons graduation. Prices for a less quality hotel were 60-70% hight. The staff was great. Robin, who greeted me was the best ambassador the hotel could ask for. Don't let her get away.

Happy Couple
Wonderful Night
The Staff was very helpful. We took advantage of their shuttle service. It was very helpful and cheaper then putting our car in Longterm parking for five days. The room was very clean and spacious. Our stay was excellent and would recommend it to everyone.

What a hotel!
Very typical of all Hyatt Place hotels, the room is BIG. The LCD TV is the best part of it. The big sofa/lounger is the next best thing after the TV. I really like Hyatt Place as a business traveler.
