Stayed at this Hyatt to attend a Duke U graduation when closer hotels had no rooms. Pleasantly surprised. Facilities very good with complimemtary breakfast, made to order omelettes and all staff very friendly and helpful with printing maps and directions. We would come back to this hotel. JZ from KY

The rooms were great the Hotel staff Front desk were great The bar sucked flat soda ran out of this ran out of that. The breakfast was good room cleaning was slow good place for business travel

I dont understand why this hotel is not doing it...I live near by and had to rent this hotel one time. Its a great value for the money. No q about that. They also provide complimentary break fast. Place is very clean and tidy...room amenities are great...

Lovely stay
Fantastic. Bountiful breakfast; comfy room and bed - even the sofa bed. Great color scheme throughout the hotel. Well appointed kitchenette. Loved the eco friendly shampoos and soaps over the usual small take away bottles and bars. Why doesn't everyone do this? Friendly greetings each time we entered and departed. Just wish the pool was a little more open (still covered for winter and not very inviting) given the temps have been in the 80's for awhile. Will return if ever in the area again.

Awesome staff and hotel
The hotel was clean and very nice. We were upgraded to get adjoining rooms with no additional charges. Breakfast was included and was very good. The staff was so nice and friendly. This is a great place for families! We will be staying here again.

Temporary Home Away From Home
The Hotel Sierra was great! The staff was friendly and attentive. The pictures on the internet does not even compare to the actual hotel. The hotel and the suites are decorated in good taste. It's extremely modern. Also, the conveniences of the mini-kitchen came in handy with our leftoevers. It was extremly comfortable. My family plans to return. Also, I was quite impressed with the breakfast. It was not the typical free continental breakfast.

My "Me" Retreat
This hotel was the perfect place for me. I desperately needed some rest, relaxation and solitude. I got all of that and more. The suite was perfect. Everything about the hotel was great, inside and out. The internet photos only give a glimpse of how wonderful this place really is. Seeing is believing. I can't wait for my next "me" retreat! I will definitely stay here again.

Great Service
We had a quick stay just needed a spot close to airport. Staff was helpful in providing driving instructions, and in arranging the early morning shuttle service to airport for the part of our group who were flying out. Clean and new feel in the room. Coffee was ready by 6 even though Sunday breakfast starts at 7, that was appreciated.
